9. Grasping the blade is forbidden and will result in the loss of the bout. When an opponent has grasped a blade, "HOLD" shall be called.

10. Though the gloved hand may be used to parry, it shall not be used to grasp or strike an opponent.

I think that these two should be reversed.  As it stands it seems to be repetitive, if it were changed it would be clarifying.
