Saturday:
--8 am: Lists open
--9 am: Open Field Tournament (similar to Squires Tournament format, no restrictions on entry). Currently planned as Two 30 minute "rounds", with a 10/15 minute break in between. I am suggesting to Amber that we look at changing this to Three 30 minute "rounds", with 10 minute breaks in between.
--1pm (or after Processional ends/Crown Tournament Begins) - White Scarf Invitational Tournament. 8 or 16 fighters, chosen by the assembled members of the Order of the White Scarf, will compete in a single elimination tournament, after initial "seeding". Seeding round consists of each fighter facing all of the available White Scarves (at least, those that can fight - too many wounded) individually, to determine rank. This means that in the first round the fighter with the most wins from seeding will face the fighter with the lowest.
NOTE: This tournament to be completed by the time the Semi Finals of Crown Tournament begins. If Invitational has not completed by this time, we will postpone the completion until after such time as the victor of the Crown Tournament has been released to the field to prepare for evening Court, or the following day.
Sunday:
--9am Sable Rose(?) Memorial Auction. Amber described what this was to me, and the proceeds are to be donated to Baron Olaf's family, or something along those lines. Forgive me, as I do not fully remember the details surrounding this activity.
--~10am (after auction completes). Sable Rose Tournament, sponsored by Duchess Angharad. I believe that this is intended to be a Single Elimination style tournament.
