I was just at my Shire's business meeting this evening and one of our members that was able to attend Twefth Night, stated that the Rapier community had eliminated the Junior Rapier Marshal position. Does anyone have any news on this?

There was some discussion as to changing that hierarchy, but I don't think any final decisions were made.
Ramon of course would have the final word on that.

As I recall from the meeting, the Jr Marshall was not eliminated. this was an open discussion brought up as potential changes in the future.
The discussion was exploring whether the role of Jr Marshall is being utilized as it should, whether it might be appropriate to phase Jr Marshals out, or if a different description/title for marshalls might be more appropriate.
I'm sure that Ramon will post minutes and/or further answer this question. |
