I'm still missing some menu options.

Things like changing my profile, or responding to surveys just don't appear to be options.

More permissions issues?

Hmmm - changing your profile? When you are in the message forums, do you see a link in the top left (under the icon of a ?) that says My Profile?

That handles the Forum stuff - if you mean your account in general, there should be an option in the nav menu - the very last one - that says My Account...

See either of those?

Avatars are fixed (duh - didnt know I had to actually change the post info template file to include specific parameters - figured you just needed to select the option to alow avatars...sheesh)

So - I am not able to repro this issue of not being able to vote at all.  At the bottom of the selections there should be a link that says Submit Vote -
