My Lords and Ladies,

The Madrone Rapier Championship will be taking place on the morning of Saturday, June 28 at Lionhearts. The format for the tournament will be Round Robin or, in the event of 9 or more competitors, double elimination. The finals of the tournament will consist of the competitors with the best record from the previous rounds.

All rapier weapons combinations with the exception of Case will be permitted. In all rounds prior to the finals, in the event of a double kill, both competitors will count the round as a loss (Double kill = double dead.)

People who wish to compete for the Rapier Championship must announce his or her intention to the Baron and Baroness prior to the event. (BandB@baronyofmadrone.net )Please copy me, maceveny@gmail.com, on your intentions so that I know how many competitors to plan for.

9:30        Opening Court. Competitors for the Championship MUST be present.
