Greetings,
I was wondering if you had anything happening on the Sunday, as I won't be able to make the Saturday portion (prior commitments). If there are some classes on the Sunday then I can see if I can make that part. I'm excited about the instructors that are attending. Particularly Don Samuel, having just fought him at Ursalmas. He's one damn good fight and I had an opportunity to get some one on one instruction at the event.
I'll be promoting the event here in Ramsgaard with the hopes of having a strong contingent from the Shire. We haven't had a rapier academy in a while, glad to see some people have taken up the banner. |

Actually, by odd coincidence the scheduling has Don Samuael's Saviolo class on Sunday (6 hours!). While the primary tournament is Saturday night we are working on something a bit smaller but still cool for Sunday after class. Being as it's a long weekend we kind of figured we'd push the usual time-limits of an event to jam pack in as much as we can.
The Academy is setup like an Ithra with 4 simultaneous tracks (2 A&S, 2 rapier) with 8 hours per day in each track. Therefore, Sunday should have 16 total hours of rapier class. |

I'll do my best to attend, in case anyone wants to beat up on an old gimp. Any chance we can get some sidesword added?

OK, fine, I'm unapproachable. Keep your distance or I'll pez you. |

Since Danescombe is my home shire I'll be there and will be happy to beat up the 'old gimp' :p
I also want to thank in advance all those OWSs and Instructor's who said yes to Kristophe and my requests to come up to teach. This is going to be an incredible event for both our local area, the Principality and the Kingdom. And Kristophe has done a great job of getting everyone scheduled into the weekend. |

Pre-Registration is now open! The link to the form is:

We've already found a few typing mistakes - since spellcheckers are non-period we figured it added authenticity to the document!

UPDATE:
Unfortunately, due to unavoidable mundane circumstances Don Ramon will be unable to attend the Danescombe Rapier Academy. We apologize for this and will refund the appropriate course fee to anyone taking the class.
We are currently seeking additional instructors/classes for the new open course blocks - I will update as soon as I know more. |
