We've come across a puzzle that I hope someone has exerience with ...
I'm thinking about purchasing a Hanwei Pappenheimer Model: SH1025 and mounting a longer Hanwei blade on it. Our dealer just informed us that he cannot unscrew the pommel to see if the blade is interchangable.
I found the same issue with Hanwei's practical Mortuary sword - I could remove the round nut at the back of the pommel, but the pommel won't turn at all.
This begs the question; Hanwei sells replacement blades, but if you can't unscrew the pommel, how do you make the switch?
Anyone have experience with this? |
