I'm looking to get a metal gorget and a pair of leather gloves (preferabley black) that will fit me. Here's the catch though, I'm pretty small, and I'm hard to fit. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find a person/place that sells one/both of these items, and is willing to do custom fitting without charging an arm and a leg.

Marie-Therese - whenever that guy that lives with you comes down to Kent some Wednesday night so that we can work on some stuff, I will send some gloves home with him for you to try. I may even have an appropriately sized gorget that I can send for you try on as well.

Cheers!

Ramon

Okay, I'll tell that guy that I live with about that. It can't be this Wednesday however, because that guy I'm cadeted to, and that girl I'm a cadet sister to and I are going to Madrona practise to work on some paries. Next Wednesday however, would be a lot easier for that guy I live with and I to venture down.

Um. Of course not. This is a fairly standard website - not all loaded up with that fancy dancy stuff

There is a button that says "Browse" next to the text box where it says "Message Attachment" just under the large text box where you are entering in your post (if you hit reply or quote, not at the bootom of the message thread)

Draven & Marie-Therese

I have ordered from james the Just before .... and Marie the small gorget is REALLY small, one of my students has one.

Anyhow Draven as an FYI I'm placing a gorget order on Feb 20th so take a look at my gorget at Tourney of Roses and if you want one then we'll place it with the rest of the order

I should point out that the James the Just gorget is a cheap nock off of the original which I make.

Bumping this post.

James the Just is no longer offering his gorgets so this would be a good time to post a picture and price. Just a suggestion.

Still can't post pictures in this part of the forum.. I have done so over in the SCA rapier section. Gorget's are 55 dollars plus shipping. I have half a dozen in several sizes in stock and will be at summits coronet this weekend. Though not merchanting so you will have to find me. (last I checked shipping ran about 4 bucks)

Oh.... I have on xs in stock in stainless steel. should fit a 14 to 15 inch neck. Stainless is 65 dollars. I don't take orders in stainless anymore... as I have bad wrists and like to fight. Get em while you can. I just make one occasionally as I am trying to use up my stock of stainless steel.
